We do our best to keep Pukka Pool online and working 24/7, however we cannot accept any liability for any downtime that may occur or any technical issues which may happen. You mine here entirely at your own risk, although in the event of any technical problems our dev team will do everything possible to assist you, we cannot guarantee to replace any funds lost due to:

• Technical issues with the Monero Blockchain
• Technical issues with the Pool Software
• Technical issues with the Pool Servers
• Technical issues with any domains, dns or associated services
• Technical issues associated with any third party supplier
